Terms and Conditions
The information that you submit to the Notas, Inc. web site is used only to
process your order and provide us with information that helps us serve you
better. Notas, Inc. will not give out this information to any third-parties
without your authorization.
All transactions take place through 2checkout secure web server. At no point
will your data move across the internet without encryption, so your vital data
and credit card is protected.
If at any point you would like to have information removed from the Notas,

Shipping
For Domestics orders (Continental US) all items will be send by UPS or
FEDEX ground services Except for the Wooden tables, this
items will be send by truck or special delivery services.
Shipping outside continental US is
extra, you will receive a separate invoice for additional shipping after
you have place the order, you can send us an email at

information.

Returns
We allow a full refund less original shipping charges 30 calendar days after
the customer has placed their order.
Unless there was a mistake in shipping or the item was damaged on arrival, we
do not pay for any return Shipping Charges! There are no exceptions.
Unless otherwise stated, items ordered from Notasinc.com may be returned
provided the customer adheres to the following procedure.
Procedure for returns:
Any returns must be sent within 30 calendar days after
the product has been delivered.
Return items must be in new and resalable condition.
Return items must be sent in the original packaging or carton, and must
include original receipt of purchase.
Customer must provide adequate insurance on return items.
A restocking fee will not be charged unless stated.
